• Minimum two nights accommodation at the Hermitage Hotel or Mt Cook Lodge & Motels
• Daily Buffet Breakfast in Alpine Restaurant
• Choose from two dinner options: An extensive New Year's Eve Buffet at Alpine Restaurant or A 7 course degustation meal in the Panorama Room
• For dinner to be included, your stay must fall on 31 December
• Kindly note: The Panorama Room is not available for children under 15 years, and we cannot cater to dietary requirements

The Hermitage welcomes New Year's Eve dinner bookings at Alpine Restaurant and the Panorama Room for those visiting the National Park for the day or who are staying in other accommodations. Book in advance to avoid disappointment by emailing our reservation team.
