Fishing Trips

Lake Pukaki has a naturally sustaining population of Brown Trout (mostly around 1kg in size) and a lesser number of Rainbow Trout (often over 1.5kg in size). Rarely, a land locked Salmon is also caught.

Our Conference team can organise a guided fishing tour as part of your Team Buidling or Partner Itinerary, supplying spinning tackle, bait and picnic lunch if required. Tours can be conducted from the shore or, during the winter months, tours can include vessels.
